I will do the research, ask the right questions and deliver the best options so that my clients can make the right decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How does it work<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will undertake a free review of existing bills and contracts and report on any urgent action needed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When contracts are due for renewal I will present a schedule of quotes for consideration and discussion. My clients see all the information that I see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What does it cost?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I do not normally add to my clients costs. There is no fee for organising contracts. Although you should be aware that I will receive a share of commission paid by suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When dealing with billing disputes I will agree with you a fee based on a % of the money recovered. If I do not get a refund I do not charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The energy industry regulator has issued guidelines to brokers and consultants like myself. Both the energy brokers I work with and I work to these standards and often to a higher level of disclosure and service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is absolutely no commitment to any recommendation I may make until the client actually signs a supplier contract.
